•⁠ ⁠25ml Pure Ginger Booster
•⁠ ⁠13 slices of lemon
• ⁠Hot Water
• ⁠Optional: Honey

Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

Star ingredient: Frozen Strawberries For kids who think “dessert” starts with “s” and ends with “moothie”!

•⁠ ⁠1 cup frozen strawberries

•⁠ ⁠1 cup plain or vanilla yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
• ⁠1 tsp honey or maple syrup
•⁠ 1/2 cup milk or oat milk
•⁠ ⁠1/4 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp oats (optional for creaminess)

Method:
 Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled in a tall glass with a dollop of yoghurt on top and crushed graham crackers or granola for a “shortcake” vibe.
