Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
Star ingredient: Frozen Strawberries
For kids who think “dessert” starts with “s” and ends with “moothie”!
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 cup plain or vanilla yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
• 1/2 cup milk or oat milk
• 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp oats (optional for creaminess)
Method:
Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled in a tall glass with a dollop of
yoghurt on top and crushed graham crackers or granola for a “shortcake” vibe.
Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, making this smoothie a
delicious immunity booster that supports skin health and keeps sugar cravings in check
