What makes NutriVita smoothies different?
They're fully ready-to-blend — frozen fruit plus our proprietary SuperCubes (plant mylks, nut butters and superfoods). Just add water and blend. No mess, no waste, no extra shopping. Shop smoothies →

Do I need to add anything?
Nope. Just a splash of water or milk to get the blender going. The good stuff is already in there.

Are your products vegan / dairy-free / gluten-free?
Yes — 100% plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free and free of refined sugar.

Where do you source your fruit?
From South African farmers and suppliers, frozen at peak ripeness to lock in nutrients and flavour. Shop frozen fruit →

Freezing & freshness

Are frozen fruits as healthy as fresh?
Often more so. We blast-freeze right after harvest, locking in nutrients, colour and flavour — no preservatives needed. Shop frozen fruit →

How long do products last?
12 months in the freezer, sealed and frozen.

Can I refreeze smoothies?
Once blended, best enjoyed fresh or kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Ordering & delivery in Durban

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver cold across Durban and select surrounding areas. Cape Town and Johannesburg are opening in the coming months — sign up to our newsletter to be first to know. Not sure if we reach you yet? Email info@nutrivita.co.za.

What does delivery cost?
Free on orders over R1,000. A R200 flat delivery fee applies on orders under R1,000.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are made fresh and can take up to 5 working days depending on your location. No weekend or public-holiday deliveries.

How do you keep it frozen in transit?
Insulated packaging and dry ice — your order arrives chilled and ready to freeze.

How do I order?

Do you deliver to offices or in bulk?
Yes — offices are easy: one address, one bulk drop. Ask about regular office delivery and a free branded freezer for qualifying accounts. See our Employee Wellness page.

Health & wellness

Any added sugar or artificial ingredients?
Never. Sourced from local farmers, minimally processed and blast-frozen — which is why everything must stay frozen until you use it. Real food goes off.

Can kids have them?
Absolutely. Real fruit, no nasties — perfect for fussy eaters, lunchboxes and post-sport snacks. Our no-sugar juICE lollies are a lunchbox favourite.
